Hybrid Securities Forum 2005

The hybrid securities market showed great flexibility and innovation in 2004. A mid-year lull was followed by a resurgence in issuance towards the end of the year. Against this backdrop we are delighted to invite you to attend the 3rd Annual Hybrid Securities Forum.

The day is packed with content and case-studies to help de-mystify these products and assess the relevance and benefits of each type of Hybrid Security. Panel discussions will encourage lively and interactive debates, which are clearly focused on adding value and providing quality independent content. To help an increasingly diverse range of Investors and Issuers understand why and how they should engage this market.

This year's event also contains a session entitled Understanding Hybrid Securities which is designed to help relevant personnel from distributors to retail investors - including Researchers and Advisers at Dealer Groups and Research Houses, Brokers and Wraps - to understand better how they can capitalise from opportunities in Hybrid Securities. This Session (B) starts at 2pm and lasts for one and a half hours.
