Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Pacific Prospect Ltd. ("we," "us," "our") provides refunds and processes cancellations for our marketing services. This policy is part of our Legal Terms and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. One-Time Onboarding & LegitScript Certification Fee

Our one-time fee of $1,450 covers the comprehensive technical setup of your accounts and the complex, multi-step LegitScript certification process.

This fee is non-refundable.

Due to the nature of this work, which involves significant upfront allocation of resources, expert time, and the initiation of processes with third-party organizations like LegitScript, we cannot offer refunds for this one-time fee once the service has been purchased and the onboarding process has commenced.

2. Monthly Service Subscriptions

Our monthly plans are subscription-based services billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing us with a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice. Notice must be sent via email to [email protected]. Your subscription will remain active for the 30-day period following your notice, and you will be responsible for the final payment covering this period. Services will continue to be rendered during this final notice period.

Refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you purchase a monthly plan, you are paying for the services to be rendered for that billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations that occur mid-billing cycle. For example, if you cancel 10 days into your billing cycle, your service will continue for the remaining 20 days of that cycle (plus any applicable notice period), and no refund will be issued for that month.

3. Service Interruption

In the unlikely event that Pacific Prospect Ltd. is unable to provide the agreed-upon monthly services for reasons within our control, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rated credit or refund for the period in which the service was interrupted.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your service, please send a formal cancellation request including your business name and contact information to our official email address: [email protected].

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
